With the vast explosion of 3D printing and CNC technology in the consumer market, it is easier now than ever before to acquire a system that is capable of turning your ideas into reality.
Stepcraft is a world leader in CNC/3D technology and because of the flexibility of the Stepcraft machines, we decided that a podcast would be the best way to explore all of the things that you can create with a CNC mill/router and 3D printer. While this podcast is sponsored by Stepcraft, the information that will be contained in the episodes pertain to the anyone that is interested in this technology, no matter what CNC or 3D printing system that you own.
In the upcoming episodes we will be covering a lot of topics, including:
- CNC milling, carving, machining and engraving
- 3D printing software, machines, techniques, tips and filaments
- CAD software
- CAM software, including the Vectric line of programs
- Design ideas
- Resources
- Tips & Tricks
- Interviews
- Contests
- And much more…
Our goal with this podcast is to take the fear out of CNC and 3D printing and make it fun and achievable for everyone to take part in this amazing technology. Everyone has ideas – we want to help make them a reality.

Hey Eric…
It was awesome catching up with you this weekend. Don’t sweat the tool crash… comes with live JIT demos. Feel bad I rushed you. I owe you $12 or a couple beers.
Found this podcast this morning… and listened to a couple episodes… agree with 90% of what you are saying. Done very well. The whole time I was listening… I could see myself bantering back with you as Joe does as the SME in machining/engineering. That was an element that I think may have been missing because they feel very educational/single opinioned. The thing that really works for the Multi rotor podcast is the bromance between you and Joe.
I am dying to move forward with you on Stepcraft in any way you see fit. On the long drive back.. I went through my mental rolodex of all the people in all the industries you mentioned that I know would either be interested in buying one… or would be able to add expertise to improve the platform or use it in their own manner.
Next steps…
Let me know what your thoughts are.
